Welcome

Beer sweet beer. If you are someone who sits down at a restaurant and looks at the drinks section first and foremost, keep reading and enjoy. If you go to the beer section and look for a particular brew you have never sampled before, you are definitely a friend of Make Friends With Beer (forever to be referred to as MFWB from here on out).

This will not be a celebration of the normal brews. Bud, Coors, Miller all spend plenty of ad dollars to peddle their swill on the masses. Don't get MFWB wrong, plenty of those bevvies have been consumed in a lifetime (OK, maybe not Coors, unless you count all the WATER consumed in my life). However, there is so much more to life than what the behemoths can offer. First of all taste!

So, I hope you enjoy the data. My taste buds may not always be discerning or accurate (especially after a few), but I will always strive to sample as many varieties as possible (I know, real tough, eh?) and give you my honest opinion of the experience.
